At Carolina Craze,  we roast green specialty coffee beans.   We have learned where coffee beans actually come from (See the Blog – “Where are we”) and how beans are processed.  We believe that altitude and different locations on farms can affect some beans.  We are expertly roasting and brewing coffee in a unique way which brings out a natural brilliance and rich flavors.  This creates awareness and variety,  but most importantly the subtleties that change coffee from crop to cup.  Carolina Craze brings on a delicious taste that all coffee lovers can enjoy.  We are excited to share this learning experience with you!
